In the long term, comfort is all that matters. It shouldn't hurt to wear a
denture but for many patients, it does. In fact, pain is the number one concern
of denture patients with poorly fitting dentures. A soft reline is one
solution. But up till now, liners haven't always stayed comfortable. The solutions of the past is no solution. Plasticized acrylic lines bond well, but they change in softness and color over time. A soft liner that becomes hard - no matter what the color - is not the comfortable liner. |
